Why People Use OFFR
Verified merchants
Every business on OFFR is reviewed and approved before a single offer goes live.
Instant redemption
A six-digit code, confirmed by the merchant on the spot. No printing, no vouchers.
Priced in RWF
Real local prices with the original crossed out, so you see exactly what you save.
Gold exclusives
A members-only tier with the deepest discounts our partners are willing to give.
Rwanda's local offers app.
Dinner in Kimihurura. A haircut before the weekend. A month at the gym. The things you were going to pay for anyway — just cheaper, because a merchant near you put an offer on OFFR this morning.
Three taps between you and a lower bill
Browse what's near you
Open the app and see live offers in your city, sorted by category, distance and how much you save.
Tap redeem
OFFR generates a six-digit code that belongs to you and that offer alone. It stays valid for a short window.
Show it and pay less
The merchant confirms the code, the discount comes off your bill, and the redemption is logged instantly.
Say goodbye to full price
Every offer shows the original price struck through next to what you actually pay, in Rwandan francs. No percentage games, no fine print you find out about at the till.

Redeem in seconds, not paperwork
No coupon to print, no screenshot to dig for. Your code lives in the app, ticks down while you're at the counter, and the merchant confirms it in real time.
